These Terms of Use govern your use of riophany.com (the “Site”), operated by Riophany Services Ltd, a company based in Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria (“Riophany”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About the Site
The Site provides information about our CRM implementation, business automation, revenue operations, AI customer agent, branding and marketing services. Content is for general information. It is not legal, tax, financial or other professional advice, and it does not create a client relationship.
2. Services and engagements
Any paid work we carry out is governed by a separate written proposal, statement of work or contract. If those documents conflict with these terms, the signed engagement documents prevail. Free strategy calls are offered without obligation on either side.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site in a way that breaks any applicable law or regulation;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or connected systems;
- introduce malware, scrape the Site at a volume that degrades it, or interfere with its security features;
- submit false information through our forms, chat or WhatsApp channels, or impersonate another person.
4. Intellectual property
The Site’s text, design, graphics and code belong to Riophany or its licensors. You may read, share links to and quote short extracts from our articles with attribution. You may not copy, republish or sell substantial parts of the Site without our written permission. Third-party names and logos, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho and Shopify, belong to their owners and are used to describe the platforms we work with.
5. Third-party links and tools
The Site links to external websites and may use third-party tools such as booking, chat and analytics services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties. Their own terms and privacy notices apply.
6. AI assistant and chat
Our website assistant may use automated technology to answer questions. Its answers are general information and may occasionally be incomplete. You can ask to speak with a person at any time, and nothing the assistant says forms part of a contract unless we confirm it in writing.
7. Accuracy of information
We work to keep content accurate and current. Platform features and prices change often, so articles state the date information was checked where relevant. Please confirm current pricing with the vendor or with us before making a purchase decision.
8. Privacy
How we collect and use personal data is explained in our Privacy Notice, which forms part of these terms.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Site is provided “as is” and we exclude liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If you are a consumer based in the United Kingdom, you also keep any protections given to you by UK law.
